User Accounts

- • Use automated tools to access the service without permission
AI Detection Service
Accuracy Disclaimer
While our AI models achieve high accuracy rates (92%+), disease detection is not 100% accurate. Results should be used as guidance and verified with agricultural experts when making critical decisions.
Usage Limits
Free accounts are limited to 10 AI analyses per month. Paid plans have higher limits as specified in our pricing section.
Image Rights
You retain ownership of images you upload. By using our service, you grant us permission to process these images for disease detection purposes.
Payment Terms
Subscription Fees
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected during signup. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Payment Processing
We use third-party payment processors and are not responsible for their practices. Your payment information is encrypted and secure.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Phytelix, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Phytelix and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation.
